Captain Sandy Yawn Fires Below Deck Season 10 Crew Member

News

The journey has come to an end for Camille Lamb, who played the lead role in “Below Deck.” In the episode of “Below Deck” that aired on January 16, in which Chief Stew Fraser Olender spotted Lamb drinking at work, Captain Sandy Yawn ultimately decided to fire Lamb.

When Lamb got into a physical argument with a crew member named Alissa Humber when he was on board the St. David, Yawn had earlier cautioned Lamb to avoid getting into any trouble. Olender had the notion that he might offer Lamb a second opportunity despite the fact that the crew was upset with her behaviour.

While everyone was getting ready for the following chapter, Olender happened to walk into Lamb while she was holding a wine glass that was half-filled with champagne. During the course of the incident, he advised her, “You don’t drink on the job, Camille.” “Come on, honey, it’s not like we’re celebrating anything… Ridiculous.”

Lamb insisted that she had finished what needed to be done and was now “simply human.”

Lamb was punished by Olender for taking a break when her cabins were not functioning properly and for drinking champagne that belonged to the guests.

“I adore the girl; I believe that she is wonderful… but she’s not pulling her weight, so what are we supposed to do about that?” In the course of a confessional, Olender stated.

After Lamb continues to party, Olender makes the decision to go talk to Yawn, who is covering for Captain Lee Rosbach that night, and tells her that he is still having problems with Lamb. Yawn is filling in for Lee Rosbach.

“Last night was the last straw for me,” he remarked, “despite the fact that I adore Camille so much.” Yawn and Lamb both agreed that it was time to part ways.

She expressed her exhaustion by stating, “To me, I’m tired of hearing about Camille.” “She’s the one thing that ties everything together,” he said. Great girl, wonderful personality, but we have to make the decision that is in the best interest of the boat at this moment.”

Olender also approached the captain with his concern and brought it up to him. Yawn was the one who broke the news to Lamb that she had been fired, and Lamb was taken aback when she heard the news. Olender believes that Lamb “Required” to Have an Arrest Made Against Him. During Olender’s appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen, Cohen posed the question to Olender, “What is your sincere view of Yawn’s abilities as a captain?”

When Cohen questioned Olender if Yawn had made the right decision by terminating Lamb’s employment, Olender responded that “it needed to be done” and that “I needed that support.”

Cohen was informed by Olender, the first male chief stew to appear on “Below Deck,” that Yawn was “correct” to accuse him of being a poor manager of Lamb before to her dismissal. He stated, “I think all of these things were a learning curve, and I needed her to kick me up the booty.” “I think all of these things were a learning curve.”

During the course of the charter, Olender and Yawn became involved in their own disagreement, which resulted in Olender being reprimanded by Yawn for interrupting their conversation.

Olender stated to Cohen that “it wasn’t the time” to talk about the topic. “We were mid-charter. He emphasised the necessity of our labour.

Lamb allegedly tried to “suck up” to Yawn, but the captain found out about it after only “10 minutes.” Olender agreed with this assessment.

When a spectator requested Olender to name “three things” that Lamb was good at, Olender had a difficult time doing so. It was the only comment he made, and it was simply, “She looked beautiful.”

The primary stew received high appreciation from the actress Kristin Chenoweth, winner of a Tony Award, who co-starred in the episode of “WWHL” alongside Olender. She remarked that he was demonstrating that one may hold a position of authority without being a tyrant.

Lamb Said She Came Off Lazy

When she was instructed to leave, Lamb did not immediately respond with a comment. In a post she made to her Instagram Story in December, Lamb addressed some of the bullying she had been receiving from followers.

“Just because I appear to be lazy doesn’t mean I’m a nasty person… According to a screen recording that was obtained by 90DayFiance Stories, she is heard saying, “I do have a little bit of an attitude.” “I’m working on it. I’m getting better about it. Growing. However, when all is said and done… I am very pleased with myself. I’m not a horrible person, I don’t treat other people badly, and I have strong morals, ethics, and values. ”

At the end of the video, Lamb addressed the viewers directly, pleading with them for “mercy” and grace. She reportedly remarked, “It’s a bit excessive,” as reported by 90 Day Fiance Stories.
